Rapunzel Wigs - Terms and Conditions
Please read our Returns policy below if you wish to return goods.
Rapunzel Wigs is a trading name of Mechelle Glenton who can be contacted via our contact page. We are a mail order company and visitors will only be admitted by prior appointment. However, we will give email or telephone advice where we can.
The expressions "I", "we" and "us", when used on this website, can refer to Mechelle Glenton, Rapunzel Wigs, agents, representatives, persons or ogranisations acting on behalf of Mechelle Glenton and Rapunzel Wigs.
We endeavor to state clearly on this page our methods and terms of business but nothing stated here or elsewhere on our website affects your statutory rights.
Orders
Although we value you as a personal customer each order is treated as a one time transaction and so we do not ask you to register with us. However, if you would like to email us with your comments or suggestions then we will welcome that. Please see our help page about the ordering mechanism and what happens after you place an order.
You will normally receive an order confirmation email from PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. shortly after you make your payment and a further email from us within 24 hours. Orders will normally be delivered within 7 working days following receipt of payment confirmation from PayPal.
Prices
All prices shown on this website are in UK Pounds (£) and apply at the time of purchase. We are not VAT registered and so VAT is not charged.
Payment

Payment for online orders is in UK Pounds (£). The checkout process is performed on a secure server belonging to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. PayPal accepts payment by all major credit or debit cards as well as bank transfers, eCheques and payment from a PayPal account.
Delivery

We only deliver to the UK mainland and the quoted delivery prices are for UK mainland only. We use a recorded delivery service and endeavour to deliver within 7 working days of receiving payment confirmation from PayPal. If you require delivery outside the UK mainland then please contact us with your request and we will consider your enquiry. If we decide to export we are not liable to any further charges levied by customs or other similar organisations.
We ship in plain packaging.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver to a Delivery Address that is different to the Cardholder Address, in which case we will consult with you at the email address you supply, and will refund any money paid if we do not resolve any concerns we might have.
Returns
Our fault
If you need to return goods because of our mistake then please contact us and we will arrange collection or advise you of the return method. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the goods and any postage charges that you may have to pay, provided those charges have our prior approval. Please do not return goods without first contacting us
Your decision
If you decide to return the goods for other reasons, maybe because you have changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong colour, then you must inform us of your decision within seven days of receiving the goods and we will refund the full purchase price within thirty days of receiving your notice, provided that you return the goods to us within twenty one days of originally receiving them.
You must keep such goods in your possession from the time you originally receive them to the time you return them to us and you must have taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Wigs that have been cut, combed, brushed, sprayed, smell of tobacco or perfume and hairpieces that have been attached to the hair are not considered to be in a reasonable condition and cannot be returned or exchanged under this policy.
If you wish, we will arrange collection of the goods from the original delivery address, or another mutually agreeable address, within the timescales outlined, provided that you give us reasonable opportunity to do so . Under such circumstances, the full cost of recovery will be deducted from the refund price.
All goods returned should include any original packaging and hang tags. The above returns policy only applies to goods delivered to a UK address.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order but decide to cancel before you receive the goods then please contact us as soon as possible - preferably by both telephone and email.
If you inform us before we dispatch then we will process a refund for the full price. If we have already dispatched then the returns policy outlined above will come into force and you will be responsible for paying for returning the goods.
Complaints
If you have a complaint then please telephone, email or write. We will acknowledge all complaints as soon as possible and always within five working days. We endeavour to deal with them as speedily as possible and will inform customers regularly about progress. We do not wish to loose either your custom or our reputation, and so will deal with all complaints in a fair, efficient and confidential manner.
